whats up all, ive been on a cutting phase for awhile here. and have been tryin to drop pounds as well...when I first started i was only eating 2 meals a day, (small meals, but only 2 a day) due to time constraints and a small budget, so I wasnt seeing much progress at all..So i switched a week ago to 6-7 meals a day, no matter what to see what would happen...I sacrificed stuff, took meals on the go, whatever, and Ive started to pick it up again. Ive seen great results in the past two weeks on this diet.......so for any of you newbies out there like me, that dont believe in the 6 small meals a day thing...Im tellin ya, you get to eat like every two hours, and you will get great results!
