    A recent article in a mag talked about almonds. i thought it was interesting so here is an overview. one ounce of almonds has 167 calories, 6 grams of protein and 3.1 grams of fiber to keep your digestive tract healthy. also recent studies have shown that eating almonds can lower LDL(bad) cholesterol. one or two serving a day should be plenty .
