    ok everyone i been doing some research on my diet big time over last week. what do u think about this....ok i workout everyday at 4 pm . that is exact time also ! so about 2 or 230 i try and eat and aroun 315 i take my no2 stuff etc ...then after i workout usually around 530 i drink a protein shake then go home usually there by 630 and eat. now in your opinion what should i eat where and tell me what kinda carbs and much where
    If bigger is better then im better than ever !

      Are you trying to bulk or are you cutting right now? I know that really your diet shouldn't change that much either way but you don't need all the carbs that you would normally consume if you are trying to cut. So what's the deal?

        Personally i eat steak, or chicken breast and sometimes fish. Then i have either a salad and a hot veggie, and a yam or baked potato. Thats it and later in the evening i drink a protein shake.

          U NEED TO EAT B4 GYM LIKE 2 HOURS AND TAKE UR SUPP LIKE AN HOUR B4...
          DEPENDS ON YOUR GOAL..I USUALLY EAT MASHED POTATOES, SALAD, CHICKEN, OR PROTEIN SHAKE, AND SOMETHNG WT IT

            always bulking now.. my metabolism is super fast even at 37 ! should i eat protein with no carbs soon after workout then go home say in 45 min then eat more carbs and protein?>
