ok everyone i been doing some research on my diet big time over last week. what do u think about this....ok i workout everyday at 4 pm . that is exact time also ! so about 2 or 230 i try and eat and aroun 315 i take my no2 stuff etc ...then after i workout usually around 530 i drink a protein shake then go home usually there by 630 and eat. now in your opinion what should i eat where and tell me what kinda carbs and much where
