I have heard some hype about the Xyience product X-Test. Has anyone taken it, or talked to anyone who has? I apologize if this is something that has already been discussed, as it has been a while since I have been on fitness geared. I try to never believe the hype, and I figured you all might have some real answers. Thanks for any input.

I havn't heard of that product specifically but most of the xyience products that I have feedback about were not very good. Most have said that results all around were pretty minimal. But take that with a grain of salt because most individuals just take supplements and expect a miracle while eating fast food and watching t.v. Remember that Rome wasn't built overnight and neither will your body.
