  • Dairy...

    Today I decided to quit all dairy from my diet. It will be a great challenge doing this, because I simply love all dairy, and my milk with coffee in the morning is almost sacred.

    But since I want to get lean...

    So why exactly dairy is bad for a lean physique? I did a search on Google and I found conflicting stuff.

    Well, when I was younger we used to go only to homeopathic doctors, and they were also against dairy.

    Even reading this article, I decided to quit it: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/alissa34.htm

    This was my first day off it... ugh, it's hard!

    hmmm...not sure. I've heard to stay away from dairy as well! I just drink low-fat yogurt smoothies with my protein shakes to equalize the nasty taste! Good luck with your new diet!

      I'm not a big fan of dairy...but when I on cycle or cutting its usually skim milk usually 3-4 x a week if that, also maybe low-fat yogurt.

      It would be/is easy as pie for me to stop dairy...its the sugar I have a hard time quitting

        You don't have to quit dairy to stay lean Bukie, lol! Just eat the skim or low fat product. Especially for a woman the calcium is good and alittle fat is essential for women.

          I eat dairy all the time, Love cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese, milk. I usually have some sort of dairy product with every meal.
          Assumption is the mother of all fuck ups

            If you use a non-fat dairy source you should be fine - of course in moderation. I love non-fat cottage cheese.

                that article made you quit why???it listed the benefits...maybe I'm reading the wrong article?
