When you are trying to lean out/cut up, what do you do before and after your workouts. I'm only a couple more weeks away from maybe starting to add some more lean tissue, so wanted you advice.
(5' 11" 205 @ 12% right now)
For instance, I try not to eat for a couple hours before the workout and then down 50 gr whey immediately after the lift. On cardio mornings, I obviously will be on empty stomach and the have a post w/out.
But what do you do before and after your workouts when you are trying to lose bodyfat?
