Why does this always happen to me, i start to lose to much weight on my face. Does anyone know whats a good food or supplement for that? I'm 175lbs and maybe 3-5bf, im not dieting but i love staying ripped, i take in 2900cals a day, my body doesnt lose any muscle but my face just gets thin...

Why is that bad?The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

hey, did you ever get any answers to this question? i've got the same frigin problem ... also, i'm still at 10% and want to get back down to 6-7% and my face is ALREADY totally drawn. the sculpted face look is one thing but my face is so drawn i look like a skeleton...

that's genetic. not a helluva lot you can do about where your body loses fat or stores it. my calves and forearms rip up fefore anything else, my quads separate before my chest striations get right, my face skinnies out before the love handles go. but that's me....everyone has their own progressionThere is no substitute for experience......
