I would like to know your experiences with CLA? I did a search here and found nothing...

I started taking it about a month ago, and it seems to be working for me, although mayve is too soon to say this... I always had trouble with the fat on my arms, and for the first time I can see it coming off... maybe is the CLA? That's the only different thing I am taking this time...

nope, it's not you

used cla several times, it worked well for me each time, supresses appetite a little, gives you energy

lot's and lot's of the early eca's in the late 80's early 90's used it
