    I took it once and went up to about 75 mg/day and got good results. It was very short thought, like 3-4 weeks. The last time I did it I only ran it at 25 mg/day and it really did do much, some, but not much. Right now I'm coming down from 50 mg/day and I'm wishing I went up to 75. I'm doing clen with mine so I'm getting results but not as good as I want. This summer I will deffinately go up to 75 mg/day again. That seemed to work best for me. The only reason I didn't go up to 75 this time was because last time I used UG lab stuff and I was told that it was underdosed so I assumed the smart thing to do was go lower with a more reputable company. Also, I think you really only need 4-5 weeks. Ramp up to 75 ot 100 to really get that stuff working and then ramp down slowly. The formula is 5/40/55 for novice/pro and 15/30/55 for beginner. The first number is the % of time you spend ramping up, then the % of time you spend at max dose, then the % of time you spend ramping down. So, if you did 50 days you would ramp up for 7-8 days on the beginner, then 15 days at max dose and 27-28 days ramping down. Ramp down by 1/2's. So, if you take 75 mg, drop to 62.5, then 50, then 37.5, and so on. It's very important to ramp down slowly to reduce shock on the thyroid. And, make sure you divide your ramp down as evenly as possilbe. I personally don't think you need to ramp any lower than 1/2 tab. Going from 12.5 to 0 seems to be the norm.
    I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

      JUST FINISHING 6 WEEKS STARTED AT 12.5 WORKED MY WAY UP TO 75 FOR A WEEK THEN BACK DOWN.

        I've seen dosages for 4 week cycles that suggest starting at 25mgs then ramp up every 4 days by 25mgs until you hit 100mgs and then ramp down by 25mgs every 4 days.

          how you take tabs.. when: never!

          dont do it dave... just diet the fat off... t3 is a cheap way out
