Re: HOW DO I GET BIG QUICK?
there's not quick solution bro. if you're looking to use AAS, you need ALOT more studyin to do. Ill be honest, at 20 years old, I doubt you've reached your natural max. One of three important factors is off. YOu're either not eating enough, training hard enough/or too much, or not gettin enough rest. Stick around and read the forum. Youll learn alot. no one here is gonna say 'oh, take this, youll be huge in no time', its just not that simple.

Re: HOW DO I GET BIG QUICK?
Well, you have to look at the facts. Adding lots of muscle is not easy. Even the pros spend all year to add 10-15 pounds, and these are the PROS! So, us little amatures should expect less. With prohormones on the brink there really is no supp that will add lots of muscle. Eating like an elephant is, and always has been, the best way to gain. Lots of food over lots of meals all day long.

Re: HOW DO I GET BIG QUICK?
Originally posted by Evil RyuI agree calories, rest and hard training is what is really gonna make a difference even more so than any supp or anabolic. If those three aren't in place then no amount of supps will help with growth
I know I'm going to get disagreed with on this, but I honestly think 70% of your results are the direct effect of what you put in your mouth. Nutrition is most important, IMO. If you eat perfectly, train pretty good and rest pretty good you will get better results than the guy who trains like an animal, sleeps 9 hours a night and eat shit food all day long. You can't grow muscles on a diet of McDonalds, Taco Bell and KFC, it just isn't going to happen. You will get big, but not in the right places. These are hard habits to establish, but they are key to your progress.

Re: HOW DO I GET BIG QUICK?
There is lots of crap you can blow your paycheck on at the vitamin shop
I know, I have left lots of $$ there ...lol Take creatine, protein, multivit.
Ill tell you how I was at 20 and what I did wrong maybe this will help. I would go to the gym maybe 4 days a week one week, then 2 days a week, then maybe stop for a month etc. That was my first problem, my mind wasn't into it. Then once I got my mind into it, meaning I am going to stick to it, I realized (after reading here at FG) that I wasn't hard enough on myself. I though if I could lift something for 3 reps of ten I was done and I would go on to the next exercise. I'd go home feeling like a million bucks. NOW on the other hand I have realized if you can lift it easy and not go home feeling it still, you werent workin hard enough. Stick to high weight, low reps . WORK YOUR LEGS! When I started doing this regularly, my whole body strength went up. Now I am not near as knowledgable as some of the people here but these are just a few things I have learned over the years, we all started somewhere. Good luck!
