Getting bigger also requires you do the right exercises. You said knee problems, right? Just how bad are your knees that you can do boxing and football but you can't train legs? That makes no sense to me. If you can't train legs heavy, you can't be very effective at football, IMO.

NOW THAT MAKES ME LAUGH! LETS THNK ARNIE ON THE BENCH FOR BRAZIL?? OR ARNIE GOING 12 ROUNDS WITH ALI!!!!! but clearly understand that legs need to be trained for additonal weight.
As for puttin on SERIOUS muscle mass, i am lookin at a stone max! anything bigger is a gorilla, i want to keep my 12 inch! and i dont wanna be receeding, plus no acne! aint here to lok at dodgy supps like anabolics etc, just general supp tips, as stated prev, best protein shakes to use, multi vits etc, dietry advice. niceone for the replys tho!

Get what i said above^ and youll be fine bro. I been using Proteinfactory.com right now 60% iso chill whey and 40% soy isolate. I have vanillia and i ordered orange. you can get it plain as well if you want to mix in your own flavors.

I don't have a clue what you just said!
              What's a stone max?
What do you want to keep at 12 inch? (I hope that's not your legs).
What does acne have to do with adding squats and deadlifts to your program?
I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

I hope that 12 inch is his hammer and not his arms, lol.
