    Re: The "skinny drug" Clenbuterol

Ive used clen 3 times and never again. For me it just eats too much muscle, sides were just shakes for first 2 days and thats all. My opinion that is too stressful on the heart.

btw here's my take on clenbuterol-

it should only be used when bodyfat levels are at or below 10% AND you are on enough AAS to counteract increased protein metabolism.

yeah, you can take it when you're 30%, but that is just laziness IMO.

clen really shows it's usefulness when you are dieted down and need to eliminate that last little bit of fat between the skin and muscle.

i always start out at 40mcg the first two days, then go to 80 the next two, then 100 for three, then 120 for two, and 140 for three, then 160 for two days, then off.

any higher than 160mcg and my blood pressure gets too uncomfortably high. this seems to be the safest and most effective way for me to use it.

after 2 weeks it's effectiveness drops markedly anyways.

Funny you mention this Nish....like on the same front page of MSN...it was reported that Lindsey Lohan went into the hospital for drug abuse. Of course they woudlnt say which drug she was abusing but had been hospitalized due to an ASTHMA attack...but it could be a number of things

on a side note....my mother lived with emphysema for over 8 yrs. I dont know how many times I have touched/handled and prepared a breathing treatment for her with saline and albuterol. Of course I was in my 20s and I dont even know if albuterol/clenbuterol were even used for this purpose way back when....but everytime I read a thread about clen, etc....I can still remember seeing her and complaining of the same sides that everyone else does...shakes, nervousness, dry mouth, cramps and was still unable to breathe due to emphysema. I cannot bring myself to even try clen again (but did 1 time...no more)....I'm sorry I went off topic
