  • cutting diet

hey guys, im just starting to get back into the groove of things, and for the next little while i would like to do try a cutting diet, but im rather unfamiliar with how to go about it (bulking diets are my fortay). Either way, can someone come up with how often i should eat, what i should eat, and how much cardio and aerobic should i be doing to get the fat off and keep it off (i have a bike in the basement, think that will work fine?) Should i keep a cheat day for myself to make sure my metabolism doesnt change too much? Either way, im really gonna put my mind to it, but i really need help coming up with a diet that is easy to stick to so i can get my bf % down. please hit me back guys!

    Re: cutting diet

u need to eat like fish, tuna, brown rice and NOT WHITE RICE, chicken, salad, beans, steamed broccoli, eggs....
stay way from dairy products like milk, salt, sodium fruits, anytning is sugary...
and yes ur bike will do fine.
cardio for 45 mns will do..and u have to excerise as well

6'1", about 200 lbs, 20, body fat stays usually around 15 to 16, but i'd like it to get back down to around 8 or 9, or even lower around summer time, what about frequency and quantity of eating? how should i organize this?
and how often should i do the 45 min sessions of cardio?

Treadmill or eliptical will burn more fat overall where a bike wont.
