          I guess it. The only thing I log is my workouts. The cals are easy to keep in my head.
          I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

            I don't log it - have done it in the past and it's a pain in the ass at first. After a week you can pretty much calculate it in your head.

              yea i pretty much eat the same stuff day in and day out so i know whats going down the old hatch

                I meticulously log and keep records of all my lifts including times on each lift. It takes a lot of effort to do all that. I don't think I have the motivation to do that for my food, but I wish I had a private chef that would do it for me.

                  If u're growing the way you want to, i do not see the reasont o cuont cals or protein bc the diet is working, but if you aint growing i see a need to log both diet and training

                    Same here, I eat the same stuff everyday except for the weekends. I know I at least get 150grams per day.

                      x (3) SHAKES A DAY = 198g PROTEIN IN SHAKES

                      ANOTHER 200g IN FOOD

                      COTTAGE CHEESE
                      APPROX. 400g DAILY
