I just purchased 2 bottles of 1 ad 1 bottle of 6oxo and waiting for the delivery just wanted to know what MG each capsule is of the 1 ad so I can reach 400 mg a day and when do I jump to 600 a day. Also I hear people lost there sex drive is there any thing I should take for this not to happen. Any info on either product will help.

1-AD is 100mgs per capsule. So 4 caps = 400mgs. Only jump up to 600mgs if you do not see results from 400mgs. A lot of people see nice gains from only 400mgs, so theres no need to jump to 600mgs, that will only shorten your cycle. 4-AD will help combat that lethargy and loss of libido.

A transdermal mix from BDC Nutrition

But ergopharms and avant make a 4-AD transdermal also. You can find it in cap or liquid oral form, but transdermal is most effective. All 3 companies are very reputable.

Not sure probaly the transdermal but whats better oral or transdermal.

The transdermals have always worked better me. I have used both Ergo and Avant both worked well. Have yet to give BDC a go but I'm sure it's good stuff as well.

Transdermal is much better, as far as absorbtion, which is what you want

i've been looking for a good 4ad product and i just came off the biotest site and saw the 4 ad ec seems to be pretty good even thats its oral have you heard any thing about it.

Its a decent product, not quite as potent a delivery system as transdermal, but at the right doses, will get the job done.

have run 3 cycles with bdc's products. one with avantlabs. prefer bdc's. good results and with the d-limo added, smells lemon fresh a good idea to spill some dmso in there as well. Sage
