Is this stuff supposed to be better than the usual stuff?? I love flax seed oil and the taste of it, but ive read that Udo's is better is this true?

Udo's is supposedly some good stuff...doubt it's any better than any other EFA formulas though...I'd just stick with whichever is cheaper -
i use udos after reading him say that he doesnt advise the use of flax long term. he said that was his first oil and he has gone on to better ones.
he says to either use this product or hemp oil to get a good ratio of omega 3 to omega 6. continued use of flax can result in omega 6 deficiencies.
