I was thinkin about gettin cytogainer and takin half servings. so thered be 36 servings with 26g protein plus milk which would make it 40g of protein, and around 60g carbs and then getting cytomax which is like a 20g carb refuel for post and pre workout. Thats like 15 bucks for 80 servings. and id take both those together. So itd be 42 bucks for 36 servings containging 40g protein, 80carbs, and i think like 3g fat or somethin. Would that be a sufficient weight gainer?

if you want weight gainer and dont care about the fat get musclemilk it tastes good and will put on the weight

Bro, i have tryed many of those "weight gainers". You really have to look at the processed ingrediants, sodium, and particularly cholesterol, as many are very high in it. I always tended to slightly see my bf rise when taking them. I would suggest you try this Lean Mass Matrix complex. There are 20 paks to a box, 40gm protein per pak, 40/40/40 split, and all natural with no artificial sweetner. If this is too high price, try getting plain whey from a good company like TrueProtein.com or Allthewhey.com and the have very little to no cholesterol or sodium and what i do is take about two scoops which is 50gm protein, blend with lowfat milk, soy, or rice milk 1/2 to 1/2 water and add in about 1/2 cup oatmeal, and about four good shakes of powered cinnimon. I also add one packet of sweetn' low, but you can use splenda. I just use the sweetn' low because it only takes one pac to sweeten. You can add nat peanut butter if you want and then blend it very well. It tastes great!, and it is all natural not like the mixed gainers and cheaper in the long run.Last edited by mick-G; 12-10-2005, 09:19 PM.
