I've heard that gelatin is good for building and strengthening connective tissue and overall joint health. Do any of you supplement this? If so has it helped? I already take a glucosamine/chondrointin (sp?) supplement everyday, but I still have weak sholders (rotators cuff). They really only bother me when on chest days (mostly flat bench). Any input is welcome. Thanks.

I THINK WHAT YOU A TAKING IS GOOD. I DONT KNOW HOW MUCH YOU CAN SAFELY TAKE TO TRY AND HELP, MAYBE SOMEONE ELSE WILL KNOW!
