im working 3rd shift now and the diet is not so good..already started to lose lb`s..im looking for something with high calories, good amount of protein and the taste..

also any tips that you might have for someone to maintain or even keep gaining weight if working 3rd shift would be appreciated.

The muscle milk powder packets have a little over 600 calories when mixed with milk. High in essential fats, protein and a moderate amount of carbs. They also taste really good and are not thick like some mrp's. I would recommend chocolate. Met-Rx original mrp's are also good. RTD 51's are good, but lack in carbs and fats and only have 240 calories per can. So FUZO where do you get your 51's YOUR HOUSE FAG
I was gonna suggest muscle milk also, they have so many different tasty flavors its hard to pick just one. I recommend the Mocha Joe one, coffee flavored sounds kinda gross but someone there knows how the secret to delicious protein shakes.
