  • Mixed opinion on clen

    I just finished a cycle of clen and had some mixed results. Not sure if it was because I had a bad batch or whatever, but below are the pluses and minuses.

    Plus:
    Good pump at the gym
    Muscles felt rock hard
    Saw pretty good definition after only a few days

    Minus:
    Really really bad shakes
    Insomnia (messed me up pretty good since I could never get a good night sleep)
    Muscle cramps (even though they felt rock hard, I had to becareful not to flex too much or I would cramp up. Even my jaw would cramp up when I ate if I chewed too hard.)
    I would sweat pretty bad at times
    Lack of mental focus (not sure if it was from clen or the lack of good sleep)

    This was my experience and not sure I would do it again. I used liquid clen that I got off one of the sponsors for this site awhile ago (not sure of which sponsor, but the bottle says "Phoenix Labs"). If anyone thinks that my experience was due to the type of clen I used, please let me know. Otherwise my advice to those thinking about doing it for the first time is to be careful with it and make sure you really need it. Just my 2 cents.

    PHENIX LABS WAS FROM CUSTOMNUTRITION THEY HAD AWESOME CLEN.

    1-INSOMNIA CANT AVOID IT UNLESS YOU TAKE SOME KIND OF SLEEPING AID WICH I DONT RECOMMEND. AND YES THAT IS A SIDE EFFECT OF CLEN
    2-SHAKES THEY SHOULD OF SUBSITTED AFTER A WEEK OR SO. ANOTHER SIDE EFFECT
    3-MUSCLE CRAMPS-NEED TO DRINK ATLEAST 2 GALLONS OF WATER A DAY TO STAY HYDRATED
    4-SWEAT- YEAH THE DREADFUL NIGHT SWEATS WELCOME TO CLEN.

    5 WERE YOU TAKING TAURINE AT 3-4G A DAY

    HOW MUCH WERE YOU TAKING A DAY

      I took some taurine, but not on a regular basis. Maybe 1-2 grams every other day.

      I drank anywhere from 1-2 gallons of water a day, but obviously not enough. It was hard for me to drink a lot since I do sales out of my car and the water would run right through me so I would be searching for a bathroom every 15 minutes.

      I maxed out at 100 mg of clen. I started at 40 mg and upped it by 20 mg each day until I got to 100 mg. I had to stop after 10 days since the shakes were getting so bad that it was noticable at work and affecting my job.

        you didnt take enarly enough taurine IMO

        so what you're sa ying is sides didnt weigh out the benefits?

          It's not for everyone. Some get worst sides than others. I think you should have ramped up slower, but that's my opinion. That could have lessened some fo the shakes and stuff.
          I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

            For me the benefits did not outweigh the side effects. I think I'm excessively sensitive to clen. I had pretty much the same side effects at 40 as at 100. I ramped up as fast as I did since I figured if the side effects are going to be pretty bad, might as well try to get more benefit out of a higher dose.
