I had multiple blood tests done and it came back saying that I'm healthy except for the fact that I have high triglycerides, and low good cholesterol. Anyone have any advice on how to fix this??
I already eat pretty healthy ie.. fat free milk, lots of chicken, fruits and stuff. Barely ever eat fried foods. The only thing I can think is I eat dairy in every meal. Any tips on this would be nice.
