      bro you look to be i good shape. let me ask you soemtihng why are you so worried about your weight. if you weigh 240 and are still strong fast and can jump then why do you want to be 220 or 210. lets prioritize what you need. i tihnk you might have a small fixation on the scale. lets try this to begin with eat clean like you know you can but heres the thing take one meal a weekand this has to only be one meal don't get carried away and go a little crazy. don't eat everything in site but you can splurge a little piece of pie or pasta or whatever you want for one meal once a week. for cardio give this a try. your a sprinter for the most part so lets sprint. heres what you do sprint a 40 turn around and walk back when you get back sprint another 40 walk back do this over and over for atlast 20 mins try to get to 30mins. do this 4 times a week. now for lifting lets lift hard and heavy. low reps high weight and stick to a lot of basic compound movements. make sure you have a good split. I really like only working a bodypart once a week if you hit it hard and heavy that's plenty.

        See IA will get you results guranteed... Looking for a shortcut will get you nowhere. Belive me IA has trained hundreds of clients and just about all of them successfully. I'm telling you thats what you need. You'll probably get a better result than what you have as your goal...

          I am worried about my weight because I am more elusive at 215, coaches look at me at 240 and they are turned off. But I am still running by people when I want to. The teams I have played for don't know how to use a big receiver. The league is built on speed and big names. I am not a burner. I want to be, but the track coach at Florida told me I would have to be at least 212 to run 4.3. But at 240 I am 4.6. I think I look a lot better at 215. I am built like a running back, and I play receiver.
          I also hate looking at the little pooch on my lower abs when I am sitting down. My skin is just too thick

            ok i got you i know what you mean by being passed up for your size as i too have played football. If you have the money for IA i would invest in him he is great if you want to do this on your own i will be willing to help as im sure many others here will also. the fact that someone told you that you need to weigh a certain weight is complete bullshit. weight does not decide speed. speed decides speed. last spring i weighed 265 and ran a 4.6. lets try the sprinting and the diet for a couple of week along with the heavy lifting and see where that takes you it can be adjusted from there. if you have any other questions you can pm me or post them on here.
