    Meal # 1 (6:00 AM) 1/2 cup of rolled oats (not quick oats; the old fashioned type; you may sweeten with stevia, splenda, cinnamon, or ginger, no raisins) 5 walnuts
    6 egg whites or hardboiled

    2 scoops of Pro Complex mixed with ice water (make it with very little water so that it is easy to get down -- 4-8 ounces)


    Meal # 2 (8:45 AM) 5 frozen or Fresh Strawberries
    2 scoops of Pro Complex
    1 Banana

    Meal # 3 (11:30 AM) 10 ounces of canned or grilled chicken breast
    1/2 cup brown rice
    8 oz. broccoli

    Meal # 4 (2:00 PM) 2 scoops Pro-Complex, 1 banana, 1cup strawberries

    Meal # 5 (5:30 PM) 10 oz. Chicken breast, 8 oz. sweet potato, 8 oz. broccoli,



    Meal # 6 (8:45 PM) Top Round Steak 6 oz.
    8 oz. sweet potato, 8 oz. broccoli,

      First what are your goals the changes are in bold

      If bulking add another 1/2 cup oats dry

      add 3 fish oil tabs or 1tbsp of enova oil or healthy fat

      You need more real food here, complex carbs, lean protein source

      Meal # 3 (11:30 AM) 10 ounces of canned or grilled chicken breast

      Meal # 4 (2:00 PM) 2 scoops Pro-Complex, 1 banana, 1cup strawberries
      Cut out the fruit and sub in veggies, add some healthy fats again and more real food if possible

      Meal # 5 (5:30 PM) 10 oz. Chicken breast, 8 oz. sweet potato, 8 oz. broccoli,

      Meal # 6 (8:45 PM) Top Round Steak 6 oz.
      8 oz. sweet potato, 8 oz. broccoli,

      Before Bed Protien drink
      add 1-2tbsp of healhy fats with a slow digesting protein or some cottage cheese
