      The only sugar you should be eating is natural sugar found in fruits and other foods.

        The processed sugar we eat at the table is actually difficult for us to digest. The best form of sweets is fruit. The best natural sweetner is Stevia. I've had it in Tea and some foods and you really can't taste the difference all that much. It's just pricey compared to table sugar.
        I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.
