    Well extra C & E wont hurt you because they're fat soluble, what you dont use, your body will secret. As for the fat soluble vitamins, its easier than you think to over do them, but hard to over do them, thats tough to explain but you know. They will build up to toxic levels and eventually make you sick, damage your organs, etc.

      Uhm YellowJacket E is fat-soluble and C is water-soluble. From what I knew Vitamin A and D are the most likely to produce hypervitaminosis.

        Im not following you on the multi/liver tab thing.Your saying that you shouldnt take a multi vit if taking liver tabs?
