im 180lbs, lookin to eventually get up to 190 but dont wanna put on too much fat. IM thinking

1g -1.5g carbs X bodyweight (I need help here, whats better 1g or 1.5g)
.4g-.6g fat X bodyweight (Need help here too)
Carbs consumed mostly in morning and post and pre workout.
Im on westside routine right now. Im also taking multi-vitamins and Creatine Ethyl Ester
