I usually drink about two cups of coffe a day: 1 in the morning on an empty stomach, and then one later in the afternoon, probably around 3 or so. I do this because caffeine is said to boost metabolism, esp. on an empty stomach. However, I would like to drink green tea as well for its benifits. Will this be too much caffeine for my system? I'm 5'8" and 168, bf ~9-10%

At your stats, why worry about metabolism? You worried about fat?

honestly, i think when you can feel an addiciton (which i can) that's when i'd say too much.
that being said, a moderate amount of caffeine has been shown to have a lot of health benefits -- increased mental acuity, increased metabolic rate, lowers risk for alzheimers, etc.
i'd say you'd be fine having a couple cups of each per day, both coffee and green tea. if you feel it's too much...just switch to green tea and see how you feel.
