    I just got some Creatine Ethyl Ester HCl from Bulk Nutrition. There is no label on the jar saying how much to take or when.

    How much should I take before a workout or after? Should I take it on off/rest days? What do you guys mix it with? Pretty much any info will be helpfull.

    I've never got a set answer myself wether to take it during off days or not. I do know that you should take no more than 7mg per day. There's been alot of research done and from what I've read they say that anymore than 7mg is actually overworking your liver. I've also read that the loading phase is not necessary because in the end you get the same results as if you didn't load. So in other words it would be a waste of product to load.

    When I did some research I saw that creatine is supposed to enhance your ability to work out so that will be the before benefit. I read that after it helps in your recovery so that would be your after benefit.

    I personally use it after I work out but there's benefits to taking it before and after. My best advice is do some research online and then make an educated decision as to what would be best for you.

    BTW, don't forget to take a quality protein shake after your work out too.
