Exactly, I was being sarcastic. If everyone did what we did and looked like we do, then we wouldn't be in the 2%. I was a PT'er for 2 years and have learned one thing. People will not listen to advice given or try to better themselves until They are ready. Therefore I do not try and help people in this situation anymore unless they come to me. I do not feel bad for them, they do it to themselves everyday of their lives, nobody is forcing them to do what they know they shouldn't because they have 0% selfcontrol and excuses for the way they are. (people with thyroid problems are an exception.) just my 2cents, don't particularly want to get off to a bad start on a new board

They use chickens that are too old to lay, put'em in a vat full of chems to disolve the meat and by products off the bone, then press'em into cute lil bit sized breaded nuggets... A lil honey mustard or barbeque,...and you're good to go.

Ok, three things that I'm confused about, or want to add to:

1- I thought Mickey's used only white meat now, how could they perform that process and still use only white meat?

2- The meat thing is correct. I used to work at one when I was younger and get this. The meat is 100% USDA beef. Now, do you know what it takes to qualify for 100% USDA? I do, it only has to contain 90% actual beef (beef being meat and fat). The other 10% can be whatever as long as it's from the cow. Nice, huh?

3- How do you make jerky out of milk? I don't get it. I've seen it made and I never saw any milk, just slowly cooked meat. Let me know cause I don't want to eat it from those companies.

I feel your pain,.. trust me bra it sucks goin' shopping for food. All the processed fatty junk is cheap as hell and all the fresh veggies, fruit and meat costs out the a$$ !!! I still buy big ol' bags of chicken breast for $6 something at the Grocery Outlet, and I still love my jerky. Jus gotta use coupons and buy when things are on sale is all.

actually you can still buy the ol crappy nuggets or the new "select white" meat chicken strips....they hand select the best lOOking ol chickens.....still packin a million cals and loads of fat......
