something about being fat soluable , yada yada i forget.. either way go to ****.com and there is a study saying there was no difference either.
I cant speak from experience though.... have you tried oral rado?
lol...if that's really what he says, you might buy him a beginner's nutrition book.
b12 is a water soluble vitamin.
the problem, is that the oral bioavailability is very low -- the stomach uses something called "intrinsic factor" (IF) to help absorb the b12 that you take in. anyways, most of the oral b12 is destroyed in the stomach before IF can pick it up and abosrb it.
injectable b12 obviously skips the stomach, and gets absorbed through the muscle into the bloodstream.
i prefer the injectable as well...oral b12 is crap -- even sublingual is a joke IMO.
Agreed with all the above - oral is garbage, injectible is the way to go.
Of course, I support Synthetek that are a sponsor here (www.synthetek.com) , and their Synthelamin which is a timed release stacked inj B-12.
It has cyanacobalamin in it (which most others have, which lasts 1 day) and hydroxycobalamin (which lasts 1 week). Also, 2,000mcg/ml, so double strength of most others.
I always recomend that you start with 1ml ED for the first week to build up and then 1ml twice a week thereafter.
That way, a bottle will last you 1 year.
It will greatly increase your appetite, it will increase your energy levels and overall feel good factor.
For women it's great as they generally have mild anaemia, and also it greatly helps with bruises.
For pins I use www.strilesyringes.com Quick, cheap and good range. They are not a sponsor here, so if there is a sponsor with pins and needles, go with them though as you should support the board.
thats what i meant to say -- water soluable... either wa there is no evidence to support that oral is better... and of course big a is gonna rep his company he's selling shit lol.....

At least I am not like other people that promote garbage products.
With every product I promote (regardless of my associations with the company), I dare anyone to find a better product of the same type.
Ok, im glad you sell good products, but i want something to prove that alcar and b12 are better injected than orally administered. bc i take alcar and i feel the effects orally... i have read many a times that there is no diff between oral and inject b12... im not trying to be an ass, ijust want some answers not someone blwing smoke up my ass you know
