  • B12 injectable vs. B12 tab

Does anyone have any preference between these or think one works better than the other? (as far as increasing hunger and energy)

    Also what doses?

    And doses for b6?

i spoke to my doc about this.. There shouldnt be any difference between the two at all.... However, someone deficient in b12 would get prescribed inject b12, but I can't remember the reason why.. but for our purposes there is no difference in gains e xcept dosages of course

B12 is a water soluable vitamin. Less than 2% of the actual vitamin makes it into your system after the first pass through the liver.
Sublingual B12 has a higher ratio (can't remember exactly what it is).
But injectable B12, over 80% makes it into your system.

I don't notice anything from it and I have used both.

I do not condone the use of, nor do I use anabolic or androgenic steroids. My participation on these boards is for informational purposes only. I have done extensive research of AAS and enjoy discussing them for role playing enjoyment.

It does get into the bloodsystem better than oral, but if you do not do it on a regular basis, iam doubtful you will notice anything. I myself don't even use it that much on a cycle, as iam injecting alot anyways. If you are deficient most Dr's will prescribe IM or do it per office visit.

I've taken oral B-12 for awhile and noticed a substantial increase in appetite, however I respond well to low doses of just about anything. I see no reason in pinning if the oral form works well.
