    I was wondering would it be okay to use creatine ethyl ester and run clen or ephedrine while on it? I simply want to loose a lil Bodyfat but maintain strength and most of my size...

    i honestly have no idea of how they would react together. when ever i'm cutting i don't use creatine, makes me hold too much water.

      CEE doesnt cause water ret...(at least from what I read)

      tnert- Why dont u diet instead of take all that shit? Try an ECA stack, but diet should shred you up easy.

            I would recommend against iusing both, IMO the ECA could cancel out much of the effects of the creatine (mainly benefit of water retention in the cells)

            Cratine brings water around into the cells and has a vasodilation effect. ECA stacks actually cause the body to LOSE water, and have opposite effects to the vasodilation that can occur with creatine.

            Think about one of the most major functions that Creatine is doing. lt causes water retention inside the muscle cell. Caffeine/Ephedrine cause frequent urination. So from one side you have to drink more water because of Creatine, but at the same time you have to go to bathroom more and are excreting more water. This could present a case for possible dehydration and muscle cramping, and in the least would be counter productive to the creatine.

              im doing a clean bulk....i jus dont wanna run only a fat burner and loose all of what ive gained
