I just picked up some glucophase from Designer supplements, they are 250mg k-r-ala, 500mg d-biotin, 200mg quercitin, 25 mg q3d, 25mg q4d. I take one 30 minutes before meals. Im no pro on ala yet but i was told the r-ala are better absorbed is that true? what do u guys use and what benefits have you seen?
r-ala is supposed to by more synergetic with the human body, but i have used both and have seen no difference in comparison. I do like the one from Syntrax R-Isomer, it is a capsule form of r-ala and also the one from anabolical.com
