Okay im 180lbs. 16 and half inch arms. Bench 320, deadlift 315x6. Im on DC protocol right now. Im about 14% BF. I wanna drop my bf and keep most of my size and strenght. Id probably take clen at a lower dose of 40-60mcg. Go jogging 4 times a week and keep cals b/t 2000-3000. Is my goal acheivable. I wanna see my abs again?

Yes of course its achievable! Whats your height btw?
Keep your cals up there/dont drop too low if any, jsut add some low intensity cardio (30-45 min) in the am on an empty stomach and do the carb cutoffs at 6-7 pm, get only good fats and protein for hte rest of the night and you should be good to go

yea well im 5'8". I know alot about clen and everything. I know it works really well cause ive done it before, im just wondering if i should use it as i normally would or use a lower dose. I would probably go joggin 4times a week for 30-45 min at a moderate paceIm gonna get so big I cant dress myself
