Ive been using Isopure(ion exchange whey isolate) since I first tried it a few years ago and Ive never switched, its that good. It mixes easier then any others and the taste is top notch as well with 50g protein, 24g carbs(1g sugar), 0 fat plus its loaded with vitamins,bcaas,glutamine per serving....you can get 0 carb and low carb as well. This is the only stuff ive used that doesnt give me a shitty feeling in my stomach and ive tried everything....I was thinking about getting something from protein factory, something slow releasing for bed time.

I use optimum nutrition 100% whey. its cheap and doesnt taste bad. my older bro gets sick of everything. his stomach hurt from all brands of whey and egg protein. He found one thing that doesnt give him the bad pains and that is muscle milk. i just go with teh 10lb bags and chocolate is always a safe play.Badasz1@Hushmail.comComment

muscle milk is good, tell him to try the isopure if he wants something that is a little better, muscle milk is only like 32gs of protein and double the calories. All brands killed me too until I tried this stuff, it actually mixes in shake bottle with zero clumps or anything it mixes extremely easy, its real easy on your stomach I bet he would like it, its fortified with alot of other nutrients too. Man they should send me some free shit for my posts.Comment

ON Pro Complex in the mornings, ON 100% whey post workout and ON Caesin bed time.
During the day I may through in another pro complex drink and in my post workout drink and sometimes morning drink, I'll toss in some Now Foods Carbo Gain.

Muscle Milk is good but at 2.2lb jars only it is too much imo. Id be going thru like 2 jars ew,lol! Im going back to allthewhey.com they are still the cheapest for isolate, if you look at the amout of protein per gram.Comment

I was using ON 100% whey during the day, somtimes mixed with egg albumin (preotein factory), and PF IsoChill after workout with dextrose added. The egg albumin I discontinued b/c it made me gassy. I just placed my first order with True protein but havent tried it yet.Comment

if you mean supplements, i have been using champion nutrition's "pure whey" for quite some time now. not a bad price for 5 lbs.- like $30 online. i have also been eating pure protein bars as well. they taste good. i like the double chocolate ones with skim milk.so fresh and so clean clean

You can get the cheapest protein on EBAY, no shit. I get the 10lb buckets of isopure for 65 bucks shipped and they are like 130-150 in the stores. The name muscle milk just makes me want to shit my pants, im very lactose intolerant anymore and dont know why. It does taste good though.Comment
