Is there anything you have found that I can take daily for energy/good mood? I've seen some stuff on the net like "Trivita Energy Now" but I dont know if it will work. Im just working about 60 plus hours a week now and feel tired all the time. Anything you guys have found that helps? I've been getting 7-8 hours of sleep a night, Im going to try to get more.

Re: Help with lack of energy!
Firstly, working that much and being tired may be a result of your calories being too low - have you figured out your BMR?
I still use ephedra based products for energy - I am on a strict, low kcal diet that requires an energy booster - have you used xenadrine or hydroxycut - or products similar?

Re: Help with lack of energy!
I know Im eating plenty, maybe even too much. We make food runs throughout the day. I went to a whole foods the other day and they gave me some rhodilia root that come in liquid form, I dont really feel it working though.
I actually just woke up, I dont have to go into work till late today. I slept for about 11 hours. I feel great!
I'll go to whole food and see what they have for mood or adrenal fatigue and pituitary.

Re: Help with lack of energy!
Try Holy Basil. It will help in balancing cortisol levels and can help with anxiety, mood changes. Also, try to get in some green tea or the capsule extract. Also yes, is your diet in check and getting enough cals and protein?? Also, are you still partying?? This can also cause fatigue, bigtime.

Re: Help with lack of energy!
Main thing is proper sleep, what you eat, other than protein and carbs, cals, etc., try to eat as much natural whole foods, raw and unprocessed is best, dark leafy veggies, fruits, whole grains, and beans, organic poultry, fish, lean meats. I would try to cut out drinking any kind of liquor all together.
