If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
Outside of the gym, I find it difficult to drink as much water as recomended unless i add fresh squeezed lemon juice. I heard today that I may actually be doing something counterproductive as in dehydrating myself because of the acids? any input?
Well I doubt their is enough lemon in their to cause much dehydration. Even drinking coffee or tea will still rehydrate you. Yes even thoug caffienee caused dehydration their is not enough in it to match the amount of water.
no it is good for you, lemon water helps to cut grease. do not drink it before you work out cause it will give you a upset stomach. also mix it up with egular h20, dont just drink lemon water all day you will play hell with the toilet gods!!
