Hey people just wondering how and when most of you get your vegetable servings. By how I mean how much, what sort of veggies and with what meal. Same question for fiber. Thanks!

I take Kyo-Green, by Wakunaga. It is a combo of Barley and Wheat grasses blended with fine chlorella, brown rice and kelp. It is a premium Greens that are grown in the Nasu Highlands in Japan, blended with Bulgarian chlorella from natural mineral springs and kelp from the Northern Pacific. One teaspoon in a glass of cold water or juice is all you need for your daily requirements. I would experiment with the beverages though, because not all taste good with it. You can find it at most healthfood stores.

SALADS FOR SOME. I EAT ALOT RAW W/A LITTLE FAT FREE RANCH. I HAVE A SERVING WITH LUNCH AND AGAIN A DINNER. THROW IN A COUPLE V8'S HERE AND THERE, WHEN TIME IS SHORT.HE WHO MAKES A BEAST OF HIMSELF, GET'S RID OF THE PAIN OF BEING A MAN!!

i polish off a giant bag of raw vegitable medely (brocoli, coliflower, carrots) and a bag of greens each week. I also supplement with supreme greens ed. (equivilant of 2lbs of raw vegitables in 1 serving, or so they claim). I eat a few salads here and there also, and i love eating tomatoes raw (like you would eat an apple.)I run suicide drills over and over with the weight of the world on my shouders... I'm far from being god, but i work god damn hard.
