      calorieking.com is another good one..
The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

well, today i had a shake with half a banana, and 3 egg whites, and half a grilled chicken breast. I'll probly have another shake when i get back from the gym, then if im hungry later maybe a little tuna

I stick with the 1 gram per lb rule for protein. Those 3 egg whites only have about 9 grams of protein. Half a chicken breast has about 20.

Here is what I recomend - go to Target and buy a food scale. They are cheap and take the guess work out of dieting. I would be lost without mine. Also get a foreman grill if you can - it makes cooking meat VERY painless. Then weigh EVERYTHING you eat. It will seem like a big pain in the ass at first, but you will get used to it. PM, or e-mail me your stats and I'll put together a diet plan for you if you like...
