          So should I just stick with the amino acid pills but I heard pills dont work really well in the bodys system and I havent seen any amino acid poweders that have as much in the pill what do you use so because I heard without the proper amino acid intake your day stops growing during a work out because it uses all the essential protiens but I knotice when I take the pills it really makes me shit

            You need dessicated liver tabs from Universal Nutrition called Uni-Liver.... I can provide you with a FAQ on them and about 50 tesitmonials from very respected members of various boards on their effects and how they add mass and increase recovery and strength. Theyre full of vitamins and aminos and the complete B vitamin profile. And at around $10 for 500 of them, they're by far the most cost effective supplement on the market (other than flax oil). Look into them brother...YJ
