Ok so I was thinking about capping my own ephedra caffine stack. Anyone else do this? Just wondering what measurements I am going to need to make these right. Im going to order a cap em quik set.

i always use creatine as a filler...and sometimes its a pain in the ass doing it (getting the mgs right)

figured I would use 00 or just 0 what is the average mg for ephedra? not ephedrine. also he average for yohimbe.Pain is Pleasure
