I need help putting together a diet for my father, he is 52 years old, 185lbs, unsure of bodyfat, if I had to judge, probably around 20-25%. He is not a bodybuilder, just wants to lose some fat and tone up a bit. My diet plans are too hardcore for him to follow, anyone have ideas of how much protein/carbs/fats he should be getting? I've been helping get back in shape and in the past two weeks he's dropped about 3lbs. Thanks for your help.
