Here is a great body fat calculation spreadsheet. Just plug in your measurements and b-day and it will do the rest for you. Makes it very easy to track your BF%. If you don't own a set of calipers, they can be found at various places on the web and are generally very inexpensive.

You need MS Excel, or OpenOffice. I think that EQLGearStud has MS Office XP on his FTP site. You can get openoffice at openoffice.org (it's free).
