  • For those who own a set of Calipers

Here is a great body fat calculation spreadsheet. Just plug in your measurements and b-day and it will do the rest for you. Makes it very easy to track your BF%. If you don't own a set of calipers, they can be found at various places on the web and are generally very inexpensive.

The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

if its read only, then just right click it, select properties, then uncheck the read only box at the bottom.

You need MS Excel, or OpenOffice. I think that EQLGearStud has MS Office XP on his FTP site. You can get openoffice at openoffice.org (it's free). I use openoffice...
