  • Hows this cycle look?

    Im starting up this cycle and was just wondering if everything looked good. The whole point of this cycle is to build some muscle mass and stregth. I did my resarch on what to get, and PH's just dont work for me, I experience way to many sides, so I am going all natural. Im 18, 194pds, 11%bf, trying to get to 215-220 and stay under 13%bf.

    - Pre-work out and throughout the day...
    - Optimum Tribulus 625
    - Glutamine
    - Amino Acids and vitamins
    - HMB
    - NO-Xplode
    - Methoxy 500 EX
    - Chromium picolinate

    - Post-workout
    - Cell-tech
    - muscle milk vanilla
    - amino acids

    - Before bed
    - ZMA and aminos

    Do you guys think this will work out well? O, and this is all on a high protein diet of course and working out 6 days a week.

    At 18 this is exactly what kind of cycle you should be doing. Congratulations at being one of the few intelligent 18 year olds that have graced this site. Welcome

    Some will argue the effectiveness of a few of the substances you have listed. However I think overall you have a good list there and it appears you have done your homework.

    I can probably help you cut yoyr expenses with a few suggestions if you are interested.

      last thing, becareful not to overtrain with at 6days a week

        Thanks for the praises, and im pretty good about not overtraining, ive been lifting for a 3 years or so, so that shouldnt be a problem. Also any ideas about cutting costs would be great, ive already bought everything, but I'll be running out eventually, so might as well hear what youve got in mind.

            Very smart! Looks good, along with all the suppliments eat right, train right and you will get there. Seems like we always get young teens wanting to start a cycle that is crazy, and they never listen to us. Anything we can do to help let us know. Keep us updated.

              I think u should use other supps. Fist off cell tech sucks (it bloats u like a motherfucker) buy some creatine ethel ester or some V12 turbo or Adenergy Stack. You should take muscle milk in the mourning and @night. buy some type of optimum nutrition whey (is the shit) for be4 and after workout. i use amino fuel (liquid) by twinlab, and i take bcaa's and gaba from ultimate nutrition (i love them). ZMA is the shit be4 bed (makes u sleep like a rock). bulgarian Tribulus is awesome and the glutamine will make you recover good (consume 15-20 grams a day). HMB and a good multi (i use megamen) is great for you and im glad to see that u are taking a non-hormonal cycle. i dont kno a NO-xlpode i loves NO2 by MRI (2 expensive). If you want better results get on a great diet and calculate verything such as ur meals (i take 40% protein, 30% fats and 30% carbs). Omega 3-6-9 and CLA will do wonders. But your diet will count be4 supps. (tey are GREAT) but watch everything that u eat and ull be healthy and strong. Hope this will help

                  Well, im glad to see that people approve of my cycle, gives me more motivation. I agree about the cell-tech, but i ran out of money and already had some left, so i decided to throw it into the mix of things. Thanks for all the help, i'll keep you posted on how things turn out, but first here is where I am at right now. Hopefully this cycle will show some results.

                  weight - 194
                  height - 6'2"
                  waist - 33"
                  Body fat - aprox. 11-12%
                  Bench - 280pds
                  Age- 18
                  Arms - 15 1/5"

                        try like 300g's!!! that will def get u nice and swole! im taking in 300g's and im 206lbs. 6% BF. i've been trying to maintain for a few months now!

                            You might want a "nightime" formulation of protein before bed. (casein, egg, etc)

                              i take musclemilk be4 bed...w/ zma and gaba...as well as eating some beef jerky, a zone bar, sometimes scrambled eggs, and a p-butter sandwhich w/ oak nut bread (0 grams sat fat, 5 grams protein)...i usually make a triple decker
