I don't know if it's really all that strong. Some say yes, and some say no. As you know, we all react differently to it. When I was extremely lean, I noticed (on the scale and in the mirror) it worked better than when I was fatter. But going with the legal route (the best way), it's a fairly good choice. Be careful and just follow the directions. Might help you as much as 5-10 lb. But could be more or less. Good luck bro...Shiner
