damn it i had run upstairs and get one and it was good, no weird aftertaste...and belief or not even though it is not allot of food it is still pretty filling....big test will be will wake up in morning feeling like my stomach is gonna eat my body cause i am so hungry.

no walmart for me just refuse to even walk in there, your gonna be shocked but it one the few things that is cheap at gnc 4 pack was 5$ and change, only went in there cause it was right out side of the gym.
