I have been realizing that when I eat any kind of dairy product, I get a little bloated and my sinuses act up. The plan is to get the doc to check me out and let me know exactly what it is. My question is, if I'm unable to eat dairy the way I do now, will the supplements get the job done? Thanks in advance...

Re: Possible Food Alergies to Dairy
You mean the first time you've heard of a food allergy to Dairy Products?
No, nothing really noticeable w/ seasonal allergies.
I've actually been noticing it throughout the past several months, but never could pinpoint which foods made it occur, until recently. I keep thinking.."lactose intolerant"...man, I hope not.Any and all views expressed by the screen name Shiner22nd are entirely fictional and are intended for entertainment and/or educational purposes only.
