I do not condone the use of, nor do I use anabolic or androgenic steroids. My participation on these boards is for informational purposes only. I have done extensive research of AAS and enjoy discussing them for role playing enjoyment.

Re: Does Glutimine Really Help You Guys?
I haven't been sick since I started using it. I've sat through weeks of my kids being sick with colds and the flu which I would always get but got nothing. So I to think it really helps the immune system. Other than that I don't notice anything but I will continue to use it just for that reason. Not getting sick is well worth it to me. I only use it my post workout shake also.

Re: Does Glutimine Really Help You Guys?
I realize I'm responing to this thread that started almost two weeks ago but here is my 2 cents... Glutamine is the maost abundant amino acid in skeletal muscle, so... Why wouldn't you supplement with it? I realize there are recent studies saying that if it is not a glutamine peptide and bla bla bla it will be eaten up in the GI tract... I think that's all to sell a new product. I recommend, 15-20grams a day. At leat 5 grams with your post workout drink which should consist of whey protein, simple sugars and little fat.
