Re: Mass Gainer
yeah. i will be making up my own mass meal replacement when i start bulking. i'm gonna use muscle milk for a good flavor and the nutrients it has. then i will be adding whey protein and soy from PF. and also i'm gonna get my form of carbs from there too, just not sure what kind yet.

Re: Mass Gainer
Maybe you are changing my mind?? Maybe ill get some carbs there and maybe some oats and other stuff. Js just said that Iron-Tek has a really good flavor called chocolate fudge. I guess if you like chocolate it is good. I bought two jars yesterday. I want to bulkup some, but trying to avoid the sat and trans fats.

Re: Mass Gainer
thats why i decided to make my own meal replacement. everything on the market always seems to have something in there i don't want. so just build your own for your needs. PF has everything you need. except muscle milk. they even have fat in powder formOriginally posted by mick-GMaybe you are changing my mind?? Re: Mass Gainer
Prolab's N-Large2 is what I found to be better than Optimum's. The servings are way smaller @ 55 grams of protein per serving and 600 calories. Power Nutritions got it.Originally posted by mick-GAnyone know of a good one that tastes good? Im trying this Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass, but not the best of taste.
