  • Need help creating a diet!

I need some serious input on creating an ideal diet and cycle. I am 6'1" 220lbs body, body fat in the high teens-low 20's, done 6 cycles lifetime (usually DECA or Test Cyp... all I could get). I'd like to continue to drop body fat while packing on some lean muscle during my next cycle. Here's what I have to work with in terms of gear....

    DECA (tons of it)
    Test Prop (tons of it)
    Dianabol (400 tabs x 5mg ea)
    Nolva (20mg tabs x 56)
    Clomid (50mg tabs x 60)
    HCG (10,000 iu)

My diet sucks balls.... always has. If I told you guys what I had for lunch today, you'd be throwing chairs at me already. I need to start from the ground up with my diet, honestly. My last cycle ended in November, and I packed on 25lbs of lean muscle, but couldn't follow up due to personal obligations, and have lost about 8-10lbs of that since. Can you guys help me put something together (diet and doses) that will optimize everything listed above? I know Deca isn't ideal for cutting, but I am AOK with water weight, and love the mass I put on with Deca. Ideally, I'd like to be around 200-205lbs and ripped.

My biggest need is with help on my diet. I hear you guys talking about foods I've never even seen, so if its something you cannot find at the local grocery store, perhaps you could tell me where to look (I live in Northern Cali). Any help is greatly appreciated!

well why don't you start off by telling us more about your current diet, so we can see what you know so far..and what type of eating habits you do have. then we can take it from there.

Okay... my diet has been horrible as of late, so I won't even go into what I've been eating. This is what I typically eat while on a cycle though.

Breakfast: 3-5 egg whites, protein shake w/ skim milk

Snack: piece of fruit (apple or banana usually)

Lunch: Chicken Breast, mixed green salad with light oil/vinegar dressing, 12 oz skim milk

Snack: Apple or banana(my kids like em, so I always have them on-hand)

Dinner: Chicken Breast or Fish (white fish or salmon, depending on how sick I am of chicken), white rice, broccoli or asparagus (if I'm starving, I'll eat 2 chicken breasts)

Snack (around 8pm): Protein shake (Myoplex)

I find it almost impossible to stick with this kinda food for a long period of time... usually end up sick of chicken, eggs, and protein shakes within a few weeks. Any ideas on a healthier or more productive diet without all the repetition would be a great help.

well for starters never have a meal or snack without protein in there. what time do u wake up and what time do u go to bed? as for the repetition i just suck it up. especially when your trying to lose fat eating becomes mandatory for success. its no longer a pleasure, i just block it out and eat what my body needs. if your simply trying to just have a better eating style in your life then read up on cook books and stuff. eat turkey, pork, cottage cheese. try and get creative with your taste buds. but if your on a diet time frame with goal in mind then just shut your taste buds off and fuel your body.

Re: Need help creating a diet!

I am up at 6:30am, and in bed by 10:30pm Monday through Friday. On Saturday and Sunday, I am out of bed by 8am and in bed by 11:30pm. I've trained myself to believe "Eat to live... don't live to eat", but after a while, I have a hard time cramming the same stuff down over and over, and end up dropping a LOT of weight. Last time I did a good cycle and stuck with my diet, I dropped 35 lbs of fat in 8 weeks and didn't yo-yo back up afterwards.

Can someone with some dietary experience help me draw up a better daily meal plan? I honestly don't have many foods in my "repetoire", so I run out of ideas and end up eating the same crud over and over and over.

So what are some good snacks that are high in protein?

Re: Need help creating a diet!

Like edvedr said, it's a little tough, but I'll give it a shot. Try something like this:
                7am: 1 cup oatmeal
                4 egg whites
1 egg whole (rougly combining for 40 grams +-)
                10am: 2 scoops protein (50 grams+-)
                1 piece fruit
                12pm: 2 fish fillets (50 grams+-)
1 cup brown rice, or 1 potato
                2pm: 2 fat free bean burritos on low carb/wheat tortillas (40 grams+-)
*I'm just trying to help you find some sort of repl. like you asked.
                4pm: 1 grilled chicken salad w/1 chicken breast mixed in (25 grams+-)
                1 piece fruit
                WORKOUT...
                1 scoop protein IMMEDIATELY (25 grams+-)
                1 scoop creatine IMMEDIATELY
                *30 min. later, have 1 scoop protein (25 grams+-)
                8pm 2 grilled chicken breasts (50 grams+-)
1 serving steamed veg. / or salad
                10pm 1 scoops protein (25 grams+-)

*This is a VERY rough sketch, but I hope that it helps with a starting point. Remember to do your research on various ways of getting protein, vitamins, minerals, carbs, etc..
                *1 multivitamin daily......in the morning w/ breakfast
*1 gallon water a day....sipped/drank spread out through the day
*the calorie amt, is up to you. Anyone here will tell you that it's a little different with us all, but through time you be able to figure it out.
                Good luck, bro....Shiner
